Anyone watching this? Have given it a go, watched last night and the first episode but it all seems so stilted. Four presenters are just too much and seemed to scare poor old Emilia Fox when they bombarded her with questions. Love Jo Brand, she lets the others witter on then shoots them dead with a witty aside. But Dave Spikey seems nervous as hell.
Think it worked better on the R&J show i.e. 2 guest reviewers and a thoughtful synopsis from Judy accompanied by some off the wall comments from Richard.
Last night's discussion still made me want to read the Sarah Dunant novel but I think if they cut the presenters back to two it would run a lot more smoothly.
