Koreans encouraged to make more babies

So every 3rd wednesday of the month, the light will be switched off at 7:30 and everyone will be at it like rabbits.
Sorry dont know if this has been posted or if its mumsnet worthy.

It does sound like madness when the world population is going up so quikcly.

Surely other countries should be applauding their low birth rate?

I think its brilliant, you dont haveto go home and ttc do you? But if office workers are routinely working past 7.30pm, one day a month time off to support family time seems like a good idea
