i don't know either and i am sadly addicted to neighbours!
it may be some ridiculous contract small print from when she bought the house from the parkers that he could stay. - don;t think this sort of thing actually happens in real life - maybe that's what HIPs are for?!?!
lyn is a terrible mother and has left him somewhere- seriously she never mentions him only steph does! he will probably reappear at some point but for now he is probably in one of those places they talk about but never visit. maybe he's with her other children she's forgotten about?
