I do think that Makepeace looks good for her age though and really looks like she could be miserable Ronnie's mum in RL.

With £3 million cash inheritance and all the other stuff, you'd think Roxy would give the Vic to Peggy. Afterall, it was Peggy who took both Roxy and Ronnie in when they returned from Ibiza.

What happened to Archie's enormous country mansion? The one he was in when they first found him again after all those years of absence? Etc?

I wondered about that house, it was in Sussex, kind of Art Deco in appearance, very big. Perhaps he sold it to move to the Square and purchased the house on the Square along with the Car business and invested whatever cash was left over.
