Calling Turn of the Screw fans

Several of us in the thread below mentioned the b/w 60s film version, which is called the Innocents.

Well, it is on tonight, incredibly late, on Film 4 for those interested.

I recommend setting the recorder for it - truly spooky (and not just the childrens very clipped accents ).

Oh yes, I remember seeing this before - didn't ring any bells until I just googled it.

I watched "The Others" a while ago, and thought then how similar it was to The Innocents.

I loved turn of the screw even if it petrified me!! Dp remarked how The Others is very similar.
