Does ANYONE else remember this programme, or did I dream it ?

I think it was on ITV in 2000/2001. It was on in the morning and it featured rl families with small children.

The one family had a little girl who iirc had speech problems, and i think they also had another baby.
Then I think there was a single mum who moved quite far away.

I Don't need to know for any reason other than that it is bugging me as to what it was.

Was it part of This Morning? Seem to remember similar where they did case studies on child development and I sent away for a leaflet.

Did they follow the group of children from when they were born up until, I think the last one I saw was them turning 6/7. And it had that cute boy with dwarfism who emigrated to New Zealand? And it had Shelby the girl with a lot of medical problems?
