Where has Gossip Girl gone?

OK - I know I shouldn't watch this show, never mind really enjoy it but in the vain hope there are others of you who share my shame - does anyone know why it has disappeared from ITV2's schedules for the foreseeable future?

I miss my weekly fix of Chuck!

dh tells me it's because the US have some sort of xmas break with a lot of there shows so it should reappear in january, couple of weeks maybe?

Ooh, hope it's just 'on a break', compo - I still remember the pain when Five lost House to Sky (which I don't get) and thought something similar had happened here

I think there is a 'hiatus' for a bit in the USA.

Although with the whole thing about Lady Gaga and Hilary Duff on it I am starting to wonder if GG hasn't jumped the shark already.

I just wish they had made ALL of them go to the same university and set it around there. It seems as if half the latest plots revolve around trying to get them all in the same place.

The uni thing was the beginning of the end for Dawson's Creek too...
