Studio 60

Anyone know of something similar? Just ordered and watched Studio 60 recently. WW is my ironing TV.

claraquack · 28/12/2009 14:06

Lost is probably the only series I have consistently wanted to watch and not miss an episode of.

The most compelling tv was the news round about 11 September 2001. For obvious reasons.

And I got very hung up on "I'm having a baby" reality shows round about the summer of 2005, just before dd1 was born.

Was Coupling the noughties? We have it on DVD and it really, really makes me laugh. As did the Office, if that is the noughties.

And Studio 60 - deeply flawed but still wonderful.

I'm trying to persuade DH that he really does want to try The Wire.

foxinsocks · 30/12/2009 19:10

that whole programme on Channel 4 annoyed me. Did anyone see it (the best programmes of the noughties)?

Now, either you decide to include American shows or not. But if you do decide to include them, how in god's name, did Friends and Simpsons make the top 20 and not things like House?

Surely you have to define that the series first started in the 2000s or were most popular then?

It was a strange list. Shameless was in it but the Thick of it wasn't. Spooks and Life on Mars were way lower down than they should have been.

foxinsocks · 30/12/2009 19:10

ah Cybil saw it. Where's cybil? I thought it was ludicrous!
