Just discovered My Name is Earl and love it.

Have seen it advertised so many times but never actually sat down to watch. Started watching the repeats on E4(7.30pm) accidently and am hooked.

I think it is season 1 - does anyone know?

Jason Lee is great (really liked him in Dogma) - and I just think Earl is such a fab character.

Does anyone else share my new obsession?

I love Jason Lee but I've kind of lost the thread with my Name is Earl - can never remember when it is on. Joy is excellent!

Watched it right from the start, it was conisistently excellent, I thought it might run out of steam after one season being based round a single concept but it stayed just as good. I think one of the strengths was that there was no one real star, all the main characters were excellent (my favourites are Joy and Darnell), and they managed to hang on to all the actors right through. Sad it got axed. Must see if there is a boxed set on Amazon
