Oh dear sorry I think this it's dire. But there was a thread recently where loads of people were saying how fab it is,so ignoreme!

I had another go at it this week but it's not my thing.

candycanesonthexmastree · 09/12/2009 18:40

love her falling over and speaking to camera ,loved the one where she was dancing with this guy she fancied and her trousers fell down - peed myself

I love this, but dh thinks it's stupid, so I sit here laughing and he just looks bored.

littlepollyflinders · 09/12/2009 19:51

I LOVE it - but have no idea why really.
She just makes me laugh - a lot.
I thought Monday's was VERY funny.
The sillier it gets the more I laugh.
I think you have to like her though...

grumpypants · 09/12/2009 19:52

I really want to like it but its just so.....cr*p. Sorry.

PoppyIsApain · 09/12/2009 19:53

I really did not want to laugh but gave in in the end

MrsJamin · 09/12/2009 19:55

I really like it and I normally think sitcoms with an audience are embarrassingly bad.

hohoholepew · 09/12/2009 19:56

I should hate it but I can't, it always makes me laugh.

hippipotamiHasLost77lbs · 09/12/2009 19:59

I love it, but predominantly because at 6ft1, broad shouldered, well built and not at all feminine she is demonstrating exactly what it is like to be me. The episode in which she ends up dressing like a man in drag had me in stitches. And the one where she got stuck in teh tiny chair.....

I cringe because it is so painful to watch, but at the same time it is very very funny.

cece · 09/12/2009 20:02

I loved then one where she said her children were Cliff and Richard. I was howling. DH was a bit

catinthehat2 · 09/12/2009 20:04

I watched the first ones on I-player, thought it was very funny. My friend's 8 year old son also apparently thinks it's hysterical. I know of no other fans.

50ftChristmasTree · 09/12/2009 20:07

I really like it which amazed me as when I first saw it advertised I thought "Oh no thank you very much". DH likes it too.

sockmonkey · 09/12/2009 20:10

It's great. Even the kids like it, I think cos there is a bit of slapstick in it. I love how she gives looks to the camera.

Bigbadmummy · 09/12/2009 20:13

I do "what I call" laugh out loud.

I want her to adopt me.

Piffpaffpoff · 09/12/2009 20:15

I really like it - it's one of the few things that makes me laugh out loud. DH likes it too.

As other have said though, it's almost painful to watch due to it being very close to my life in parts. The initial glee at being in a hotel room last week was pretty much a replay of most of my business trips (not the ensuing party/drinking/escort/falling asleep on top of major crush part obviously).

Here in Scotland, we then get another comedy, Gary Tank Commander, straight after it which makes me laugh too. So Monday nights are now quite good tellywise here at the moment!

CybilLiberty · 09/12/2009 20:17

I love it too...and that Gary bloke is soo handsome, he's my perfect 'type'

josette · 09/12/2009 20:18

I also like it. The first two episodes have made me almost cry with laughter. I think its when it turns into slapstick/farce. My sense of humour obviously never matured.

CybilLiberty · 09/12/2009 20:22

Bugger that Gary bloke is married to Tamsin Outhwaite, and they've just had a baby.

Another possibility crossed off my list

catinthehat2 · 09/12/2009 20:29

HotDAMN!!

SlartyBartFast · 09/12/2009 22:38

pollywobblebauble · 09/12/2009 22:41

i really want to like her but this is sh*te imo...i loved her in that series about living in space tho'

JustAnotherManicMummy · 09/12/2009 22:43

DH and I are secret addicts. I wish it was on in the gap between Corries though on a Monday.

TwoIfBySea · 11/12/2009 00:21

I didn't think I'd like it but it is just so funny. It is daft but lovely!

Flame · 11/12/2009 07:54

Oh I'm pleased its not just me that doesn't like it.

I watched it because Psycho told me how good it was, and I just didn't "get" it I think

SixtyFootDoll · 11/12/2009 07:57

I love it
She is so artless
Loved the hotel episode.
