Loads of Tikkabilla here

I think Show Me Show Me may be a while yet as it's so new

MadameMoe · 04/12/2009 15:46

Thanks for the link! I'd seen those before, none are just actual Tikkabilla IYSWIM, although they do have the odd episode. The Jive thing seems to be just music/dance, it's probably OK but I'm looking for clear spoken English to help DD with her English. It's quite expensive to get stuff shipped from the UK so I have to be picky!

I didn't know Show Me Show Me was new, hopefully they'll release some soon

Gah, I mean clear English spoken be actual people rather than characters / cartoons...

Yes, Show Me Show Me is only a couple of months old so I doubt it'll be available on DVD for a while.

What about Balamory? Plenty of that on DVD.

MadameMoe · 04/12/2009 15:57

Is Balamory any good? Whatever that program is with 'Granny Murray (SP)' in the mornings is awful1! I actually like don't mind Show Me Show Me and Tikabilla

I mean 'Me Too!'

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:01

Ah that would be Me Too Madame

StoryMakers is a good one - I don't think it's been on for a while

ProfessorLaytonIsMyLoveSlave · 04/12/2009 16:09

But a lot of StoryMakers is puppets, which doesn't work for Madame's purposes.

I quite like don't mind Balamory, but opinions do differ.

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:13

Ah ok, I thought we were just staying away from Tletubby/ITNG type progs with little speech in them.

Will have another think

ProfessorLaytonIsMyLoveSlave · 04/12/2009 16:21

Come Outside would be good, but you can't get it on DVD, only on video tape.

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:29

You can, frm BBC Shop but they are £££!

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:30

Sorry that doesn't seem to work - www.bbcshop.com/Education/Come-Outside-Food-DVD/invt/9781406612820

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:32

Oh ffs

I am having a links are my nemesis moment

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:34

Work dammit

Cerened · 04/12/2009 16:38

Aaargh!

Go to BBC Shop website and just search Come Outside.

For some reason my links (or maybe the BBC Shop) don't seem to be working properly. Not going to embarass myself by attempting it again

ProfessorLaytonIsMyLoveSlave · 04/12/2009 16:58

Come Outside link (I hope)
