have to say i agree with him. I was amazed the first time i saw the programme and haven't watched it since for the same reasons.

He says 'The people working on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! have no regard for creatures' lives. If a celebrity trod on a cat it would be on the front page of every newspaper but they jump up and down on as many cockroaches, spiders and bugs as they like.From the first series I've been nothing short of appalled by the way they abuse animals. What sickens me more than anything is when people say 'But they're only insects. I happen to really like insects.'

I was also amazed they were given permission to do this show, also how can it be good for the area they are in to suddenly release extra bugs after the tasks?

You have got a point actually. I am surprised there has not been a bit more uproar about it.

Agree, it's a pile of absolute shite and the sooner they take it off the air, the better.

I cannot watch it for the same reason - I think it's awful that they use insects in this way - sick and wrong imo. It's not only insects tho is it? One year did they not have rats?
Am not veggie but I just don't like living creatures being used like this for 'entertainment'. Glad Chris P has got on the case!
