Anyone watch this toight with Michelle McManus??

How bloody good has this woman done? She started at 21stone lost 5 stone in 5 months.

Changed all her eating habits and now exercised.

Well done to her it has given me more inspiration to push that "diet"

She did look fantastic at the end of the show - I hope she continues until she gets to a healthy weight.

Just as long as she doesn't go skinny minny.

Amazing that she was actually eating more on the "diet" than previously with her junk food.

A lesson in there for us all.

Five stone is a fantastic weight loss - but larger people do lose weight faster initially than smaller people.
