Watched this too. I thought it was annoying that the judges were encouraging this emotional X-factor/Masterchef-style 'it's all about passion' thing.
Glad the one who won was not the one who cried but the one who seemed to be quite good at it and knew his stuff. Not sure about his bizarre meat Viking longship in the window display though!
