Sky+ and Channel 5

Whenever I record something from Channel 5, using Sky+, when I watch it back there is always something wrong with it. Some examples of the problems are the sound keeps cutting out or the visuals skip or freeze. Other channels seem to be fine. I just was wondering whether anyone else has this problem before I get on to Sky?

I shamefully shy plus Home and Away and other C5 stuff. Has always been fine. Get onto them.

Mine does this as well. If I sky + a program on C5, watch it and skip the adverts, it zooms back to the beginning of the previous section.
