Do you download any TV programmes to your Ipod? If so, which ones?

Want to get something to watch on the off-chance that dd goes to sleep for more than 10 mins at a time during an upcoming holiday - having to travel v light so can't take my usual pile of books - thought I could stock up my Ipod - any recommendations?

I like all the usual US stuff like Greys, Gossip Girl, ER etc but have seen most of what is on Itunes. Is Nip/Tuck any good?

yes must start with series one - if you cant download it - buy it its a must - its like the oc only..... (and i don't say this lightly) better ( i loved seth)

Other loves have been West Wing, ER, Ugly Betty - and at the time I loved Ally McBeal but having seen some repeats it's really dated now.

there is a series called 'psych' about a detective who pretends he is psychic but is just really detailed perceptive. - i think that is shown on bbc2 but am not sure - worth a google

also weeds is brilliantly clever, witty and funny

I saw something else with Courtney Cox in it and it was PANTS - can't remember the name now though...

How on earth do you watch stuff on such a teeny tiny screen? I would have struggled even before my eyes went wrong.

If you buy stuff from itunes (where it isn't cheap) it is very definitely legal. I have to admit the screen is small but I have got used to it. I watch it in bed.

I have only really used it when I was bf-ing dd for hours on end when she was really tiny! Got through hours of ER then!

Screen v small but you do get used to it.

Itunes totally legal also some progs are on their channel's website for download.

I chose Godfather II and it was fine (maybe because I had seen it before). Then I watched X men on there.

It's surprisingly better than you think but then again, I have really poor eyesight anyway so a small screen close to my eyes probably looks better than a middle sized screen the other side of the room

if they have House on there, that has been really good this season
