I had to turn it off. Why do the American's always have to go to the extreme. It would be much more interesting if it was one healthy family who exercised, but in a normal way not in an extreme way, and then the other family. How was that poor woman who never does any exercise supposed to cope? I'm surprised she didn't have a heart attack. And 'circle time' ffs!!
