My gorgeous, fabulous DSIL is going to be on the telly tonight...

...at 8.30pm on BBC2 in Caribbean Food Made Easy. She has a fab restaurant in Bristol and part of the programme was filmed there.

Looking forward to seeing it

Her restaurant in Bristol is really nice - one of the few proper sit down Caribbean restaurants in the country (as opposed to takeaways). She has some damn fine parties there (including DH's 50th last year ).

Thanks Belgo, we thought so too - she really is that warm and lovely in RL. Her food is delicious too - I love going to Bristol, either to eat at SIL's place or at MIL's house. Of course, I like to actually go to see my ILs too.

Levi must be taller than I realised...I am 5'10" and SIL is taller than me, so that makes Levi well over 6" (I am a tad obsessed with TV people's height - they are nearly always shorter than they appear to be)

Oh wow was that your SIL? I thought she was fantastic and really natural. I said to Dh that we should visit her restaurant next timw we go down to visit our best man for the weekend

Not a big fan of Levi - but I have to say I thought she really outshone him - seemed really genuine, warm & knowledgable - agree that she could handle her own show
