Whats with the BRIGHT yellow theme this week? Penny had a bright yellow jacket on 2 days ago and this morning its the news reader, it also looks a few sizes too big for her.

I am sure I read somewhere that they share the clothes, there's no mega-budget for a good wardrobe.
