Sky digital versus Virgin cable

I have sky tv with broadband, telephone, sky+ package. Has anyone swapped over to virgin from sky and what do you think. Was there much disruption and did it go smoothly.

I'm actually swopping from Virgin to Sky. The Virgin interface is teeth grindingly slow and the On Demand service is often unreliable. Plus Sky are cheaper. Also, if you want to watch the FX channel you have to pay for the XL Tv package.
Their broadband is good though.
