What's wrong with Belle on Home and Away?

I don't get to watch it very often, but I turned on the other day and the poor love was avoiding telling Aden (mmmmmmm .... )that she's dying .... what's wrong with her?

... and while I'm here, how come everyone likes Angelo again? Did he not kill lovely Jack?

I'm pregnant, hormonal and need to know ....

lol yip he did kill jack, but i guess people are moving on well charlie atleast shes moving into his bed poor tony, jacks dad tried to kill angelo a gd few weeks back so not everybody has forgiven him and as for lovly belle lol we dnt no why shes dying yet hopefully we will find out this week whats wrong with her all though a few months ago she was addicted to pills so mabee self inflicted lol

i am sure i read on here that she has some form of cancer - related to all the radio active stuff she did a few months back.

I think it's a tumour, but yes, related to the sire.

She dies quite soon I think, but of course we don't get to watch it for 4 weeks.
