So I've just been given a free trial upgrade to Virgin's full telly package. Is there anything actually worth watching?

Not a rhetorical question..I just don't recognise most of the programmes.

I could not do without on demand now. It's a fantastic facility, you can get all sorts on there. Plus Virgin is the only provider that has iplayer on the tv too. I use on demand a lot so I definitely think it's worth the money!

We're on a free trial too!

Love on demand stuff, not that I totally understand how it works

I agree wintera, but on-demand is free isn't it? Or is there extra on demand stuff now we've got the full package?

we watched loads of music videos when we had the free upgrade

It is much better to buy a free sat HD recorder then you don't have to pay anything per month. Couldn't live without it now but it so easy to just click to record whole series of things then we never have the time to watch it. Had the virgin on demand before so this is a total reverse. On demand you watch what you miss. HD recorder/sky plus whatever - you make a reservation to watch something. Best thing is pausing live tv!!
