My best mate is in the US and has been approached by the Oprah team ... they are going to run a feature on her ..... can I get to watch the programme on sky ....?

If it is called OPRAH then no but if it called something else then yes maybe

Nope - Oprah used to be on SKY ONE but they took it off, i contacted them about it and they said that there wan't enough demand for it anymore so they wouldn't run the next series.
