A girl who is a fanatical Manchester United fan is coerced into being a bridesmaid at her big sister's wedding. Big sister won't let her wear red and white, so they compromise with pink and white, with a pink fur edged muff. Bridesmaid hides her transister radio (remember them?) in the muff so she can listen to The Match, but is found out when she celebrates Man U scoring a goal.
