I am watching last week's omibus and am I right in thinking that Tina never signed baby Max over to Jackie, so techically Jackie has no say over the baby and Russ, as the natural father would have automatic rights.. why kidnap him then??

Because Russ wasn't named on the birth certificate, Tony was. Hence until he gets a DNA test, Russ has not rights. for knowing too much about H'oaks

Also why did Claire come back, and how did she walk around Hollyoaks without anyone seeing her (I guess she was the one sending the letters and putting posters up) comsidering HO is a tiny village lol
