How old is the character Julie Carp supposed to be in Coronation street?

her mum had her at 14

I was wondering exactly this. Her mum is the same age as Eileen so I guess if we can work out how old that is we can work out her age...
I think she looks mid-late 30s personally but could be wrong!

Isn't she meant to be around the same age as Jason Grimshaw and Kirk? I think they are meant to be mid-twenties.
