Virgin Media - TV Choice On Demand: Where has it gone?!

Does anybody know where it has gone? Every time I try to watch something it tells me I have not subscribed - but I have never before needed to subscribe. I can't find any info about this new change on Virgin's website and I've had no letter from them!!

Is it a mistake? Perhaps there is a technical hitch...?

I've been watching it this afternoon - no probs.

Ahh apparently it is only available with XL packages. So perhaps I have been receiving it by mistake.

oh they must have changed it - I had M for years and always had it. Got a new account (as old account was in DH's name) and M and I haven't got it. Keep meaning to ring up about it but then just end up watching whatever it was I wanted to watch on Iplayer on the computer

apparently it was a local error. I shouldn't have been receiving it anyway as I am only on M, and so would need to pay £7.50 to receive it. ...I smell a rat. FAQ do you live in Cambridgeshire?

hi i have the same prob i havre the m package but now it says not suscribed so i rang them up but they sad i had to upgrade to xl
