Burke walked out at the end of series 3 (i think) and the rest was series 4 (again i think).

I love this show but Izzy/Denny thing is really doing my head in. I agree that Alex is not as hot as he was in series 1 but does she really need to sleep with a ghost .
My DH thinks it is utter tripe and I usually try and defend it but I must say I'm having difficulty with this storyline, I started using the breakdown explanation, maybe its delayed grief or something. Or perhaps Jeffrey Dean Morgan needed some more cash (doubtful considering all the films he is making). Anyone know if there is a new series of Private Practice on soon?

I've heard that Denny is back in it for quite a few episodes - the more the merrier (personally I would MUCH rather sleep with him than Alex - even if he is a ghost).

I like Private Practice more too - but there has been no advertising for a new series...

Alex is looking very puffy round the face this series and next to Denny just looks bleurgh. The story line is too weird though, sex with a 'ghost' who is in her imagination/suddenly Alex realises he isn't a total hoooar and actually luuuurves her
Also the girl from home and away who had the Api performed on her last week...sooo annoying.

Agreed, Sadie is very annoying, but the good news is I read that Melissa George isn't in it for much longer. Apparently they decided against developing a long-term bisexual story arc and are concentrating on developing Callie as a Lesbian (hmmmm....she who regularly does the Mcnasty with McSteamy, doesn't that make her Bisexual too )
I'm still a bit miffed they got rid of Dr Hahn, I really liked the way her character was so Ballsy and the way she spoke to Sloane was just Hilarious.
Anyone else heard that T.R Knight and Katherine Heigl are quitting at the end of the series? Not too bothered about Izzy, but George MUST stay!

hiya, I'm an absolute obsessed fan of GA.

I can not, for the life of me, figure out why they have Izzy sleeping with her ghost of a boyfriend-he just popped up out of nowhere. Thankfully after last night's episode she decided to join Alex for the surgery, so I'm hoping she's decided to ditch Denny. Seems like George is noticing her weirdness, so I'm hoping she'll finally fess up that she's totally lost her mind!

Not a big fan of Callie being a lesbian and being attracted to every female in the series. It just came out of nowhere. Also surprised that Dr, Hahn just up and left the whole show, thought she'd be around for much longer....

What's with Christina's new beau? He seems so SERIOUS all the time. Seems like he's trying waaaaaaaaaay to hard.

She is doing it pretty well considering how hard it is to capture - a bit too 'rainman' but not bad

Agreed, she is great, as are Dr Bailey's facial expressions when talking to her. She is like the polar opposite of Bailey!
I like that Dr Hunt, bout time Christina got a bit of action.

yeah, remember the episode when the nurse gave george an sti and everyone had to announce who they were sleeping with? dh is always asking who's hooked up with who. he thinks the whole show is a joke. i lurve it though

Yep, my Dh takes the mick out of me all the time for watching it, but then is still interested in who's doing what and to whom, drives me crazy.....

Yes, Pat, that's the same actor. Can you believe? DH saw it straightaway but I didn't believe him and had to IMDB the actor (Kevin McKidd).

yep - I think most DH's hate it - it's far to much of a soap opera for my DH's taste - but - god, i do luv Denny.
