I know Hells Kitchen has finished now but my Mum taped me an episode and I watched some of it last night.

Where have I seen Simon before? It says he is a waiter but he has definitely been on TV before and it is really bugging me now. (He is the bald one and I presume he is gay too)

Please put me out of my misery!
