on this morning they are talking to a woman who was 6 stone on her wedding day poor woman

was she anorexic? what is the story?

I was just shocked at this woman, she was 5 feet 9 and at the hight of her illness weighed 5 stone 10.

Her new husband literally picked her up and carried her to the hospital where she admitted she had a problem and got help.

She lived for 7 years without eating a real meal and on a 10 day honeymoon ate one slice of pineapple.
Just so shocking

Anorexia is just terrible.

Those photos of her on honeymoon - she looked utterly horrific.

I hope she continues to recover.

Anorexia really is horrendous. I've seen so many pictures of anorexic people, but it never prepared me for seeing a girl IRL who was anorexic. Her mum was trying to admit her to hospital and she was objecting quite violently.

The honeymoon photos make my feel sick, she looked like she was about to die.

Her husband is a hero,

She looks so lovely now

i see. good that she has got help and is hopefully making the most of things

I wish they wouldn't go into height/weight details when discussing these things, it's so triggering for people recovering from anorexia
