In my single days this I know I'd have tuned into this show and found it "wholly inappropriate" to my interests then!! ;)

However now I have my family's health as a concern I have been glued from programme one to this programme. Nope its not about dope growing it's about treating everyday things which niggle but aren't too serious with everyday ingredients.
My poor wife was suffering a bad cold so yesterday I went to the supermarket with a list from James Wong's Goji Berry Chicken soup recipe. This being Germany where I live Goji berries aren't "in" like in UK so none of them had a clue what I was on about. However I am hoping to grow them here in my garden this year. Echinacea is good against colds - my sis in law has one in her garden as a flower - I want this in mine this year, and not just for decoration.
well I brewed up the soup without the Goji and Echinacea and can report success! My wife was better! I now want to buy this chap's book. It's got me wondering about a willow in my garden and whether I can strip some bark as an aspirin subsitute.
