giving me the creeps. I've seen it about four times in the past couple of years and it doesn't get easier to take. Posing on the London Eye, phrasing the weirdly adult song like a tiny professional ...

Not her fault obv she is talented and cute but I envision a terrifying stage parent in the background.

I didn't mind the singing much. Different choice of song would have been good. But she seems talented and cute (and yes, a pushy parent back stage somewhere)
But does she wear contacts? Is that fine for kids? Just curious...

More likely the glasses are fake or she only needs glasses for reading I'd have guessed

I was watching it last week with DD though and she said she'd like to be that little girl very much. I asked why and she said because she's pretty and can sing.

She is talented, that's for sure, but the song choice was just bloody awful.

There is something distictly sinister about a 8 year old singing such vacuous adult tosh with such earnestness. If she has any future, it's living to regret doing that! That and divorcing her parents and/or suing her drama teacher for ruining her career
