Don't want to hijack but briefly bought for 35% reduction have renovated it and we are in it but its a big family house and we don't need it!If I had my may i would sell as in catchment for great school and has made 75k BUT only because bought so cheap for cash completely remodelled and near fab schools Not wise to start now if you've never done it before

I want to sell up rent again and not buy again for at least 5 years and just do redesigns Dp says no
