Several child experts wrote to say more or less the same last weekend to the Times as I recall.

Why is it immoral.

William is sooooo sweet. Maddie is really funny. She says quite grown up things considering she is only 8. I´m shocked how many of them swear on it. Do they know their parents are watching it. Charley reminds me of a girl I went to school with. A tiny bit over confident, loves being popular and like she thinks everyone loves her. Tai is quite bossy but is a sweety underneath.

Made me laugh when all the girls were taking suitcases on a hike!! I was very impressed when they had to skin the rabbit though. And it was good that William I think it was that stood up for himself and made the other boys feel guilty that they hadn´t cooked his friend anything.

Shannon seemed to want to be popular and in with Charley and Tai but didn´t really agree with the way they worked.

I thought they all seemed to cope quite well and probably surprised themselves. They also seemed to have learned a lot about themselves what´s positive about them and what´s not so good about them and what they want to change. I think I might let my DS do something like this if he wanted to.

I thought she meant she had a boyfriend in the "normal" world and had cheated on him with William?

I didn't quite follow it - I was too shocked to see her so adamant that she was in love at 9 yrs old!

I was quite uncomfortable watching first few episodes but intrigued at how it would pan out. I think those kids did bloody well and most ended up a lot more thoughtful of others feelings, which has got to be a good thing.
Nappyaddict charly reminds me of the girls at school too, i don't think she came out of it very well tbh. And William was definitely the cutest boy ever!

Ah perhaps that's what it was LF. I thought I'd missed a bit when I went to make a cuppa! I hope DS is like William when he's 9.
