Anyone else watching this classic mini-series on Zone Romantica?
Richard Chamberlain was absolutely gorgeous!

oh is it back on? I would loved to have seen this again, i have fond memories of my mother sobbing her way through it when I was a child and loving Ralph De Bricasa (sp?)

Oh I remember watching that on telly when it first came out. I fell in love with Richard Chamberlain ( Ithink I was about 13). I went on and read the book afterwards - it's still one of my favourites.

Actually Rachel Ward is a lame actress but thats todally not the point.

I only found out that it was on by chance. It's on Saturday and Sunday about 8pm. Meggie's son Dane has told Ralph that he wants to become a priest - but I reckon the series will be repeated again soon.

I'm just watching the scene where Ralph dies on Youtube...it was so familiar!

Rachel Ward married Bryan Brown after this series didnt she.........? I was 14 years old at boarding school when this was on and we all fell in love with RC!!!

And they are still married, which I think is nice .

RC has lived with his male partner since the 1970's so you and your boarding school friends would have been out of luck

I know very sad...........I was so sad when i found out!
