The parents are all mad.

He put weights on his baby's legs to make her strong?

what's the name of the child? Is it Richard Sandrak by any chance?

MmeLindt · 18/02/2009 23:08

He was one of them. Poor children did not have much childhood left.

this is quite an old documentary- he's in his late teens now.

differentID · 18/02/2009 23:15

no, sorry got that wrong. It's pitiful that their parents cannot see that they are potentially damaging their children.

This brought me to tears. DH made a few remarks that I could not repeat on this site!!! I know what he would have liked to do to the father of the three year old!!! Putting weights on a baby when she was 5 days old!!!!!! Why would anyone do these things to their children. Surely this is child abuse in some form. My DD is two and I could NEVER imagine a child a year older being exploited in this manner.

It is a good thing Richard Sandrak got away from his father, but he is still being robbed of his childhood.

I guess alot of us are really lucky and things we take for granted would be a luxury for another child.
