Its fascinating (and there's a word I don't use very often!)

Only been flicking it over when the ads are on as watching the Brits. Gutted to miss it though as I do find the Amish fascinating.

He seems a very genuine man.

Yes I am watching it, very interesting. Worried about their little girl though

Oh missed it might catch it on Iplayer though.

I loved it. What a nice man he was, so lovely with his children. Of course I think the whole Amish thing is a bit mad, but you could see he was an intelligent man and trying to think the whole thing through, not just follow blindly what he'd been taught by Church elders (amazing that they made them read the Bible in a language they didn't understand, so many Amish never even realised that God/Jesus wasn't the one who laid down the rules about dress code/color of buggy, etc.)

I didn't expect the twist with poor little Marie. I do do hope things turn out well for her.

It was really interesting. I've always had a real fascination with the amish.

The family were really lovely, hope their DD is ok.

I was flicking between the Brits. What happened??

Thanks for this, totally missed this programme being on but hope to be able to catch it via my Catch Up TV or IPlayer.

Fascinating as the Amish as so secretive. They seem like such nice people, albeit suspicious of the outside world. Lovely though that they still honored the medical bills for the family, and much more than any 'employer' would have done (as in the US medical insurance is usually tied up with one's job)
