I watched this show and i wished I hadn't - it made me feel a bit ill tbh. I felt profoundly sorry for all the women though - the Brazilian one was so pathetically obsessed with publicity, to the extent where she even had photographers snapping her as she came round from the operation. What a sad, self hating woman.

As for that vile little man with Minka - he kept saying "she's a commodity...have youever seen an Asian like that" - he was a disgusting little parasite. She just came across like a zombie, dead from the neck up.
