I'm seriously disappointed in Grand Designs. Usually they have some utter, utter twats on the first programme in a series, to get the ball rolling as it were. But these two seem quite nice - they care about bats, ffs ? and I love their project. BOO!

I don't think they cared about them, its more that they would be legally obliged to provide something for them, hence the sarkiness about the swimming pool etc. I would have tried to bump them off myself.
