after many many years of being a corrie addict i have finally had enough. I turned off the week after katy killed tommy and haven't turned back on since. And do you know what.... I don't miss it at all, and I also find I have loads of "spare" time.

It's like dh says. If I turn on in 6 months time, it's not like I won't be able to pick it up again. Not much ever really changes and you can follow the story in the TV listings anyway.

So, yes, IMHO it has been ruined.
