Very interesting programme....

I'm worried that the lady with bright red hair is how I'll look when I've lost weight though

I am amazed at their successes though - very inspirational!

red hair lady has a thyriod problem , no?

what really struck me was the addiction side of food

the bloke that lost all that weight yet is still so addicted to food that he cant have it in the house so buys what he needs for the day and that is it

watched the other night

they did well to lose the weight and when wearing clothes you couldnt see their baggy skin

i find it sad that these people are so addicted to eating food

dont get me wrong, i LOVE food, but couldnt imagine getting that large and fat
