My Mum says I sound like her when I am in a bad mood & can't take it out on the children

The whole show is wonderful but the nursery class has me in pieces - she knows children so well

oh I think dd has that on a tape, is has her lol

It is just so funny

I was walking down a narrow street in Norwich about 6 years ago with DD (then aged about 4) 7 her best friend

I said "Single file now - until we get past the building" & the little girls did - so did the couple (mid 50's) walking ahead of us

They then turned, saw me & smiled saying "We thought you were in charge - a police woman or something.....you sounded just like Joyce Grenfell"

Im such a HUGE fan of Joyce Grenfell that i find it hard to hear anyone trying "to be her" Sorry!!

what was the programme and is it repeated PLEASE! I love Joyce and I know my dd (10) would as well. I saw Maureen Lipman doing a stage show called 'Re Joyce' quite a few years ago and she was fab

It was Maureen Lipman being interviewed on either BBC3 or 4. Dont know if it will be repeated sorry!!
