BBC channels disappeared. Anyone know why?

We live in Switzerland and recently our BBC channnels have disappeared, the ITV ones and all the local/German/rest of the world ones are still there. We have a sat dish that picks up 3 satellites, the most important channels for us are the British and German ones.

A friend mentioned that BBC are changing over to digital. Could that be the reason we are not receiving BBC?

And how do we get them back? My friend (in Germany) has a Sky card but they are expensive to buy here.

Thanks for the link, Dinny. Have tried a retune so will wait and see what that brings.

That did not work. Still no BBC. Will have another look at the link and see if I can find any other suggestions.
