It makes me feel like dieting just watching it

dietstartstomorrow · 06/01/2009 21:22

I can't believe how much her tummy has swelled in 3 weeks!

Had to stop watching her stuff her face, was making me nauseous.

She is only a few years older than me, but has a very crepey chest (even underarms, so not just decolletage).

Gawd I am such a bitch, wish I could exercise for x hours a day and the willpower to normally just eat half a chocolate.

Heifer · 06/01/2009 21:27

Watching her during the exercise makes me seriously wonder how come I am not dead yet!...

I can't believe how different she looks in such a short time! It took me about 5 years to put 5 stone on. And unfortunately stayed on!...

I really hope she can get it all off again.

cyanarasamba · 06/01/2009 21:28

Why oh why would she do this to herself? It's going to take a lot longer than 3 weeks to get that off....

backalleysally · 06/01/2009 21:30

Yes she's defo spent too many years sunbathing.
Nearly a stone in what 3/4 weeks?

I wonder how long it takes her to lose it all again at the end??

MrsHappy · 06/01/2009 21:31

Lord no. It might put me off my chocolate.

dietstartstomorrow · 06/01/2009 21:32

I am shocked that with her 'normal routine' she can't eat bit more freely. You know a whole choccy even now and then, and ordering a proper meal when out occasionally.

I would of thought with all that exercise, you could eat a relatively normal diet. If thats not the case, I will give up now!!

Bummer I wanted to see that, wonder if it will be repeated?

themoon66 · 06/01/2009 23:04

I've put a stone on in the last 2 weeks just by eating and drinking exactly what I fancy (xmas food etc) and not running my normal 18+ miles a week.

Claire Sweeney is exactly my height and build and her starting weight of 9st 13lb is what I like to be normally. I'm currently 10st 9lb.

She is 10 years younger than me though!

kerryk · 07/01/2009 12:13

i was shocked that she was 5' 8 and weighed under 10 stone.

i am 5' 10 and wont have to starve myself to get under that weight.

i also did not really see the point she was trying to make, there must be some kind of happy medium somewhere?

amess · 07/01/2009 12:20

GOOD - finally someone showing you don't have to stuff your face non-stop it's just eating a bit of extra without gorging on food like that Food Doctor would have everyone believe. It's so easy to pile the weight on before you know it.

southeastastra · 07/01/2009 13:44

yep, lovely dress. it was a bit of a no brainer in some respects

ie stop excercising, eat more, drink more, put on weight

but the increase in blood pressure was a big surprise. such a big increase in a short space of time

elsiepiddock · 07/01/2009 15:24

I have just watched this.

I thought she looked dreadful bigger. Her face got so fat, it put years on her.

What a stupid programme though - eat loads of crap and do no exercise and you'll get fat very quickly - drrr . What next?
