Did anyone watch that jesus christ soapstar thing on CH 4 sun?

Dh and i watched this last night as we wrapped christmas presents and it was really funny.was it a one off thing? i think we watched most of it through our fingers as it was excrutiaingly funny/embarrassing.

thought it was really well done and accurately portrays the reality talent shows that are on (which i don't watch but matches what i imagine happens)

the opening bits with the people who didn't make it through were toe curling

I watched it too, it was a repeat. It was hilarous a true wind up of all those progs. Peter Kay was marvellous.

made me laugh

i loved that all the acts had had awful things happen to them

don't watch the talent shos but assume this is the kindof thing that gets pulled out?

I loved the bit where they couldn't put R Wayne through as his story wasn't sad enough - so true, so true.

glad other people enjoyed it...we always feel a bit out the loop when you have those 'water cooler chats' about tv and people talk about saturday night fodder and look at you like you've got two heads when you confess to not watching it....i imagine its the sort of thing we would watch as a family when the children are older, ds1 has started watching you've been framed before bed on sat.

anyway love all those mad programs like 'flight of the conchords' and 'nighty nighty' and 'green wing' but there hasn't been anything in ages that i would follow at the moment

i tuned in when r wayne was being mentored by teh cheeky girls - took me a while to realise it was a piss take.
