What was the big bust up about between heidi and LC?

Basically they drifted apart when heidi got with spencer because lc didn't like him. Then there were rumours of a sex tape of lc and jason (her ex) circulating online and lc thought spencer (and possibly heidi) were behind them. This has never been confirmed. But this was when lauren decided not to have anything to do with heidi again.
