Jordan and Peter Andre

I saw a bit of this prog. for the first time last night (during an insomniac time). I don't know if anyone else watches it but I have to say that Peter Andre went up hugely in my estimation (as did Jordan/Katie Price). I didn't realise her son had so many problems and Peter Andre has just taken the little boy to his heart. He was so good with him. My cynical DH said "oh well - what do you expect - the cameras were there". However, you can't fake the sort of relationship that so obviously existed between him and Harvey - he was just so natural with him.
So glad that he and Jordan are having a baby - I wish them all the best.

I saw her interview on Entertainment Today and she said Harvey had to have medication for the rest of his life and I wondered what was wrong with him, other than his sight condition.

I like them too, I think they are very genuine.

i've always liked her,dh can't stand her but i think she's great,not long after her ds was born,blind and with lots of other health problems she found out she had cancer and she was so,so brave,didn't feel sorry for herself,she was like "oh well, shit happens" wich i thought was great if you consider that most celebrities are big drama queens complaining on how hard their celeb lifes are.yeah right.

Can't stand her actually and her joyless monotone metallic nasal voice. Still not convinced that she's not still just with him to boost her career. He seems to be vacuous but harmless.

I admit that I thought Katie and Peter looked really sweet with Harvey until she was just shown with Harvey sitting on her lap in the back of a moving car - she didn't even have a seatbelt on. That makes me mad.

Harvey's a little cutie though, bless him.

awwww ! i thought Harvey was just blind - poor thing and i do wish them two all the best as they are made for each other

hmmm, just saw this thread. Now i might be completely wrong here and someone please correct me if so but isn't that little Harvey's problems directly related to all the drugs, alchohol and god knows what else she inflicted on herself whilst pregnant?

am i barking up the wrong tree here because that's the info i heard.

I saw her being interviewed on Des and Mel the other week and she said that she wouldn't go in to detail about Harvey but that the press kept speculating what was wrong with him and that basically Harvey was a very sick child, he'll be on medication for the rest of his life and if he didn't take it he would die!!!

I think it was a smart move doing that show. Alot of people had alot of opinions about her including myself but my opinions have changed about her now.

I think she's just a very determined lady.

i knew i would get some backlash on that one, i just wanted someone to tell me otherwise. i just heard from a colleague. i still don't really like her.

It's all very well and good saying his problems are probably not related but she did do drugs, and drink, and live her party girl lifestyle right up until he was born.

Regardless of whether his problems now are related to it or not, she could have caused him a world of damage, and to be honest she probably has. Yes, her and peter are harmless enough, and yes she seems to have cleaned herself up.

But they tell you not to do drugs, and drink more than a unit for a reason.

Gawd, they are fabulously dim, the pair of them. Peter Andre is possibly the most childlike man I've ever seen. I think Katie plays the media game well, despite not being the sparpest intellectual tool in the box. She's made a fortune out of exploiting hormonal teenage boys and men alike. I beleive she also has her finger in quite a few proprty & investment pies so that she has something stable to provide when her looks fade or when she is finally over-exposed. IMO, the over-exposure thing can't be that far away.
