This is starting to wind me up now. Poor thing never gets so much as a cuddle! It sleep constantly, upstairs presumably, left with a 10 yr old? Whilst there is constant shouting and door slamming. It never wakes.

And Tanya and Jack were like right we need to go now. I was thinking erm you haven't found Lauren yet have you forgotten. (even though surely peter's was one of the most obvious places to look ...)

FattipuffsandThinnifers · 31/10/2008 21:53

It was baby Oscar who was driving the car that hit Max. Revenge for forgetting he exists.

onepieceoflollipop · 31/10/2008 21:56

Bobby always used to be at the "creche". Theh he suddenly aged about 2 years overnight, and is probaly in year 2 now!

MerlinsBeard · 31/10/2008 21:57

and how does she get the mahoosive trolley up all those stairs everyday?

jesuswhatnext · 31/10/2008 22:10

abbys rat, or what ever it is gets more attention than poor old oscar - + i cannnot stand the way jack always whispers his lines.

and, another thing! what family gets up early enough to go out for breakfast on a school day?? i spend so long yelling at everyone we only just get time for a bit of cold toast

mamakim · 31/10/2008 22:33

Omg tonight was ridiculous. Have the writers just got sick of Oscar because it's literally like he's disappeared. He doesn't even get a mention. Lol at him driving the car.

where was oscar last night when they were in hospital

prob good olddot

findtheriver · 01/11/2008 13:05

They're setting the scene for another real life issue - one of the babies will get dashed off to hospital suffering severe asthma after being left with 40-a-day Dot or Pat.

Or a Social Services story involving child neglect. Have we had one of those yet?

MrsMattie · 03/11/2008 20:19

Hellooooo? Where is Oscar today, then?

mamakim · 03/11/2008 20:27

No sign. He has been mentioned however!

SparklyGothKat · 03/11/2008 20:29

ooo he cried!!

moshie · 03/11/2008 20:34

I always laugh at the invisible children in the soaps, it's not exactly showing youngsters how it really is, is it, constant 24 hr presence.

Bomper · 03/11/2008 23:16

I was wondering where Amy (Steve McDonald's daughter) is in Corrie?!! Poor thing must be locked in a bedroom over the Rovers or something!!!

RamblingRosa · 04/11/2008 10:57

Even my DP has noticed the incredible invisible baby at the Branning house. I'd wondered about Summer always being in her buggy too. I thought for a while it was to save costs because often they'd show Dawn with the buggy at an angle where you couldn't actually see Summer. I thought it might be a way of showing Dawn with her baby without actually having to pay for a baby actor!

I'd forgotten about Bobby too.

Poor little neglected Oscar

I think the Bianca/chicken nuggets thing is meant to be funny. They made some comment early on about how little Morgan will only eat chicken nuggets. I think it was meant to be topical in a Jamie Oliver sort of way!

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/11/2008 18:56

sparklygothkat - PMSL - i thought that as well when i saw it last night

mamakim · 04/11/2008 19:44

Oh my god, did everyone else just see Oscar?!

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/11/2008 20:12

nappyaddict · 05/11/2008 01:03

Does Tanya still push Oscar around in that pram? Never known of an 10 month old baby still fitting in a pram

DustyTvHasSizzlingSparklerssss · 05/11/2008 07:21

lol RamblingRosa, my DH keeps saying the same to me, our DD was born about 6 weeks before Oscar was 'born' and DH kept saying 'but its not true, babies are not like that, I want a soap baby ' I think he was still in the first time parenthood traumatized phase

LynetteScavo · 05/11/2008 07:41

I was so excited at the appearence of Oscar - I actually called DH to come and look.

DH thought we might not see him agfain untill he was smoking and had a beard.

I'm glad he's not going to France, leaving Dot would have been extremly for him.

RamblingRosa · 05/11/2008 08:34

LOL Dusty. I think my DP said something similar. DD was born in Oct (can't remember when Oscar was born but soon after I think).

I missed his appearance last night. What happened?
