I have a bit of experience with bipolar in my family and slurring isn't one of the side effects, unless mixed with other meds. I could be wrong - but maybe the sleeping tablet and her normal medication just don't mix - but who is advising her??? Surely her husband or manager or whoever could have pulled the plug on the appearance????
