It just suddenly occured to me last night. He very shifty about discharging himself and worrying about feeding grandma's cat. Haven't read any spoilers, just guessing.

well in one of the newspaper supplements I read, it gave the full story of how John DOES have Rosie.
It showed piccy's too, of her escaping and Sally going for him......................or am I confusing another story line??? hmm. Whatever, but It def. stated that John had her.
It's soggy in the recycle box now so I can't check it out.
Just watch...I bet it IS John.
